Practicing professionals often have a toolbox with specific tools to help them achieve their tasks.
For example a mechanic may use a tool to adjust a radiator, a chef may have a tool to whisk up ingredients and a dentist has a tool to clean your teeth. Each professional uses specific tools for a specific job.
I too have a set of tools I use to achieve wellness, mental, physical and emotional. They are my wellness tools.
My wellness tools are safe, free, and non-invasive. I used them to fix, adjust or prevent my wellness from getting out of control.
Some of my wellness tools are talking with family members, exercising, listening to music and reading. I like to journal and take pictures. I enjoy spending time with the plants in my house.
As a practicing professional myself, when it comes to my wellness – I am the expert on myself. The tools in my toolbox may change as I grow in my wellness. Some may become more useful than others and I am always finding new ones.
May I encourage you to grab your tools and get your wellness on.
