    All consumers, families and providers of Alameda County are invited to join us for a free 1-Day Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) Orientation.
    WRAP is a structured system used to self-manage mental health. It is an empowering process involving mutual sharing of stories, ideas and insights. This introductory WRAP workshop provides a general understanding of WRAP concepts and how WRAP can be used to support one through hard life situations and crisis.

    Transitional Age Youth (TAY)  Leadership Club is accepting applications! Stipends offered.

    Support group for young adults (ages 16-23) who have lived experience with a mental health diagnosis and/ or have been emotionally/ mentally impacted by trauma, and/ or other adverse experiences.
    Gain peer support, employment tools, education and housing resources, wellness and community connections.

    We meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month 3:30-5:30 pm unless otherwise noted.
