    All consumers, families and providers of Alameda County are invited to join us for a free 1-Day Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) Orientation.
    WRAP is a structured system used to self-manage mental health. It is an empowering process involving mutual sharing of stories, ideas and insights. Participants learn to identify wellness tools that help them get well and stay well. Breakfast and Lunch provided.

    Starting May 11th, there will be prizes, events and information on how to become tobacco free at TOBACCO FREEDOM. This weekly peer to peer support group will meet every Friday 10:30 - 12:30  pm.

    PEERS is also offering free 2-hour Tobacco Harm Reduction Presentations about tobacco and e-cigarettes, as well as tips and resources for you or somebody you care about.
