    Transitional Age Youth (TAY) PEER MENTEE PROGRAM is accepting applications! Stipends offered.

    Support group for young adults (ages 18-24) who have lived experience with a mental health diagnosis and/ or have been emotionally/ mentally impacted by trauma, and/ or other adverse experiences.
    Gain peer support, employment tools, education and housing resources, wellness and community connections.

    We meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month 3:30-5:30 pm
