Today at the 6th Annual POCC Conference, PEERS Programs Manager Bre Williams presented a “Tree of Life” workshop in conjunction with the POCC African American Empowerment Committee.
Participants were encouraged to create explorative “trees” that characterized different important aspects of their lives. The intent of this activity was to allow participants to identify sources of strength and identity in order to help them weather life’s “storms.”
