PEERS’ Lynn Rivas and Irma Hernandez are hard at work preparing sugar skulls for this Friday’s WRAP group. This project represents a collaboration between PEERS’ Latino/a/x American Action Team and Wellness Recovery Action Plan programs. This week, our Friday WRAP group will decorate the skulls as part of a wellness activity.
For 2016-2018, the Everyone Counts Campaign is focused on reducing stigma in the Latino/a/x community. Stay tuned for more Dia de los Muertos events and activities in the near future!
