Beginning on Friday April 20th, there will be a new PEERS Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) group for HIV+ community-members. This group will meet at The Pacific Center for Human Growth, 2712 Telegraph Avenue, in Berkeley on Fridays from 10:30am to 12:30pm. The name of this group is: Honor Integrity and Victory.
WRAP focuses on building a personal plan for your wellness by using WRAP’s worldwide practices for helping people recover from mental and general health challenges. WRAP allows you to take control your wellness through a series of workshops designed to give you essential tools for improving your life.
