TAY @ #DisruptTheNarrative Youth Summit
Last Saturday, PEERS’ TAY and Communications programs attended the #DisruptTheNarrative Youth Summit in San Francisco. The Summit focused on media literacy, organizing around an issue, and making a positive impact in your community. TAY Workshop at POCC Conference: “Trying It All Together”
Today at the POCC 6th Annual Conference, PEERS’ Transition Age Youth leadership mentees delivered a wellness workshop entitled: “Trying It All Together: How Love, What We Eat, and What We Do Affects Our Wellness.” Mia Jackson, Jamon Fuller, Devon Allen, Wallace Wilhite facilitated activities about lifestyle, nutrition, and self love with conference attendees.
