We offer WRAP® for Reentry and Taking Action for Whole Health & Wellbeing.

WRAP® for Reentry
Supports people with lived experience in the justice system to build personalized wellness and recovery plans that promote stability, self-advocacy, and successful community reintegration.

Taking Action for Whole Health & Wellbeing
Empowers peers to explore the connection between physical, emotional, and mental health while developing practical strategies for lasting wellness and self-directed growth.

- Target audience: Community members seeking to increase wellbeing
- Focus: Mind-body connection, healthy habits, and overall wellness
Both WRAP® and Taking Action for Whole Health & Wellbeing are evidence-based curriculums that promote wellness, recovery, and self-empowerment. Across all settings, participants engage in structured, non-judgmental group sessions that foster self-awareness, skill-building, and peer connection. Each curriculum also offers pathways to become a trained facilitator, with access to mentoring and technical assistance to support continued growth and leadership development.
Community Offerings
Our Orientations provide an introduction to the program and guidance on how to get involved. Offered for free to organizations and individuals interested in learning more about either curriculum, these sessions cover program structure, goals, and approaches. Participants gain an overview of both WRAP® and Taking Action for Whole Health & Wellbeing, learn how group sessions are facilitated, and explore how the program supports personal growth, peer connection, and community engagement.
Our ongoing groups are structured, supportive sessions designed for skill-building, non-judgmental sharing, and peer connection. These groups provide participants a safe space to practice wellness and recovery strategies, develop coping skills, and strengthen relationships with peers facing similar experiences. Groups are offered regularly and may focus on themes such as self-care, goal-setting, and navigating life transitions. Check the Schedule section for free and open groups available near you.
Our Facilitator Training equips participants to lead program sessions in their own communities. WRAP® training is 3 days, and Taking Action for Whole Health & Wellbeing training is 5 days, with refresher courses available to maintain skills and knowledge. Training includes interactive workshops, guided practice, and mentorship opportunities, covering facilitation techniques, evidence-based approaches, and core principles of wellness, recovery, peer support, and community inclusion. Train-the-Trainer offers advanced instruction for experienced facilitators to teach new facilitators. Participants deepen their knowledge of program models, learn instructional techniques, and gain mentorship experience. This training ensures high-quality facilitation, strengthens program sustainability, and supports the growth of a skilled facilitator network. We offer monthly Facilitator Mentoring Meetings for ongoing learning, connection, and hands-on practice. These sessions provide a supportive space for new and experienced facilitators to share ideas, address challenges, strengthen skills, and stay current with best practices. Facilitators and mentors benefit from collaboration, reduced isolation, and continued growth, ensuring that facilitation remains fresh, effective, and aligned with program values.
